When will my order be shipped?

Can I change or cancel my order, once it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. You can choose to not receive the shipment, which will then be returned to us.

When and how can I use my tracking number?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation.

I received my order but it is either faulty, incomplete or containing a wrong product. What should I do?
Please contact Customer Service at support@meotine.com as soon as you discover that your order is not as you expected. We will reply you within 24 hours

Can I exchange items?
Yes, of cause you can. If you would like a different size or colour, please return it together with your invoice and a note that you want to exchange.

Have you received my return?
As soon as your return has reached our warehouse we will send you an email. If it has been more than 10 days since you sent it back and you still have not heard from us, please contact support@meotine.com and we will resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?
When your return has been received, we will process it as soon as possible and within 2 business days. When processing is complete and the refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 business days before the amount is in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We will issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed on something else.

Shipping & Delivery

When do you ship my order?

The estimated shipping time is 2-7 business days.

Of course if the item is not in stock, then the shipping time will be prolonged. Pre-orders will be shipped in accordance with the release date.

Once you receive the invoice to your mail, that indicates that the order has been completed by our staff, and that the purchase has been charged.

Example) You place an order on Monday, and we dispatch on the same day. Tuesday will be the first shipping date, and you can expect delivery Wednesday or Thursday.

NB) If you think you should have received the shipment already, check from your local post if they have the shipment as odd shaped and sized deliveries might not fit through the mail box.

If you have made an order at our shop, that means you will get an order confirmation by e-mail.

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days, that is excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that some e-mail accounts got heavy spam-filters. Meaning that our confirmation e-mails sometimes gets stuck. Please check our spamfilter before you panic.

Once your order has been collected by our forwarder (Post Danmark & GLS) will your package be scanned and a tracking code will be send by sms and email to you.

In the case that your shipment is delayed due to a reason independent from us, there is usually little we can do to help within a short time frame or to hasten the delivery.

Sometimes the courier company might have a delay. In some cases the tracking info might be delayed, and your parcel is already waiting at the parcel center or they’ve already tried to deliver.

If your shipment is late more than 10 days, please contact us and we will investigate the mistake.



Yes, as long as the item is still in the same condition as you got it, you can return the item up to 14 days after delivery.

Item must still be as new, meaning that it must be possible for MEOTINE. to resell the item as new. This means that item must still be in the original wrap, and  must not have been used. If an item is returned in a state that makes it impossible to sell the item as new we must either refuse to credit it, or offer to credit less than the full amount.

Items returned must be shipped in a safe manner and packaged in a way that ensures their safe arrival.

In order to return your package you will need to send it by yourself. MEOTINE. does not offer return labels duo to our delivery agreement with the shipping companies. Sorry.

If you had a stroke of misfortune and your product is not what it is supposed to be, you can return the product the same way as you would return an unwanted shipment.

If the defect is not clearly apparent, and requires an explanation to identify the issue, please include a note which explains at least the following:

If you received your order in a state which the product was not sold, i.e. your order is missing items, please contact support@meotine.com.
