All sale items are FINAL SALE for any non-EU order. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any sale items.

Returns

We offer an easy return service for all full-price purchases. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an MEOTINE. giftcard. Any sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return simply just send us a email at return@meotine.com with your order number (the longer order number starting with COM, followed by a few numbers). Then we will provide you with the return label and return documents within 2-4 days.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through MEOTINE. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Are returns free?


Returns cost has flat rate handling fee of €25 for all EU-customers which will be deducted from your original order value.

For customers outside EU, return labels needs to be bought and registered by the costumer. Please send your return to the following address using a trackable shipping carrier of your choice. Ensure to include the completed order note provided in your package. All return packages must have a tracking number:

How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.


DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email support@meotine.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
