All our customers receives a tracking number so they can follow their package. The tracking number will be adviced as soon as your order is on its way.

Denmark / Sweden Delivery: 2-4 working days.
International Delivery: 4-8 working days.

In case of we cannot deliver your order against your expectation, you will be contacted by phone or mail. We reserve the right to cancel your order / order in case the inventory was incorrect at the time of ordering.

RETURN OF GOODS
MEOTINE  offers a 14-day full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. Please enclose your invoice in the package that is returned. The goods must be unused and in the same condition as on receipt. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the full amount to your account as soon as possible. We only refund the amount to the credit card used during the purchase. Please note that returning goods is at your own expense, so remember to save your receipt as proof that the item has been shipped.
