We hope you enjoy your order. If not, you can return your purchase within 14 days. This means that we must have the item returned to us no later than 14 days after your date of receipt. This also applies to items purchased on sale.
NOTE. The item can only be returned if it’s unused, in the same condition as upon receipt, and if the item's original tags is still attached.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
You are responsible for the return, and we recommend that you send the parcel with track and trace. The responsibility for the package lies with you as a customer until the returned item is delivered to us. When the package is sent with track and trace, it can always be tracked and replaced if it should get lost.
Always remember to get a receipt for delivery of the package. This ensures that we can make a replacement case if the package gets lost during shipment.

NOTE: All returned goods MUST be sent to our physical warehouse and CANNOT be sent to a parcel shop. These packages will not be picked up.

It is not possible to exchange from one product to another. If you want a different size or color, please return your order and place a new order.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Once we have received your package, we will check the condition of the product received. We refund the payment card / Mobilepay / Klarna / Viabill that was used for the purchase. It can take up to 14 business days for the amount to be returned to your account, but it typically only takes 3-5 business days. You will receive an email as soon as the product is refunded.
