Return Policy
Please note that all Black Friday gifts must be returned with your order. If they’re not included, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
You have 14 days to return any item after receiving it. We are offering free return shipping if you place a new order for the item or size you wish to receive.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, items that appear worn won’t be eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed once we’ve inspected the returned items, typically within 4–7 days after receipt. Processing may take longer during peak times, and refunds are credited to the same payment method used at purchase.
Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee of 50€ applies and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unclaimed Parcels
Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be processed as returns, and the standard return fee will apply to cover handling costs.

Claims
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days. Include your order number and photos of the issue in an email to support@meotine.com. Note that pilling and natural leather markings are not considered defects.
How to Return
