RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At Meotine, we strive to ensure your purchase is a satisfying experience. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The items do not appear new
  • The 14-day return period has expired
  • The items are not properly packaged
  • The items show signs of use, such as marks, colors, odors, etc.
  • Hangtags or labels have been removed/damaged.

How do I initiate a return? To make the process of returning your item as easy as possible, you can register your return and track its status by clicking the following link:

In the return portal, you can provide details about your return, including the reason for returning it and any other relevant information. Once your return is registered, our team will process it, and you will receive an email with a return label.

There will be a handling fee of 25€, which will be deducted from the order value.

Once your return is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor it through the shipping company's website. Please keep this tracking number handy in case of any unforeseen issues. After receiving your returned item, we will inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days. Please note that there may be delays during busy periods. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time, which may take 4-10 business days.

Please note that we do not provide return labels outside the EU, except for Norway and the UK. Customers outside these Non-EU regions are kindly requested to arrange and send their returns themselves to this adress:

Can I exchange for a different size or color? Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchange services. If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order on our website.

What if my item is damaged or defective? Please contact us immediately at support@meotine.com with a picture of the damage, if your item is damaged or defective.
