We offer free shipping within Denmark and a flat rate for international orders. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. RETURN AND EXCHANGE
At MEOTINE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and free of any damage, stains, or odors. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet our standards.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

How can I initiate a return?
You can initiate a return by using our return portal. Simply enter your email and order number to create a return label.
You must return your order within 14 days from when you received your order. Note that all items you wish to return must be in original condition.
1. Fill out the returns slip included in your order.
2. Carefully gather the pieces you wish to return and place the returns slip in the package.
3. Create a return label via our return portal HERE. We will send you a return label via e-mail. Please be sure to check your spam filter I you haven’t received it.
4. Place your return label outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest parcel point.
Note that you are responsible for the package when you are returning an item to us.

Will there be a handling fee when using the return portal?
Yes, when using the return label from the return portal, a handling fee of €40 will be deducted from the order value.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges as we can’t guarantee the availability of the item(s). However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order with the item you wish to buy instead.

I you have purchased an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, please contact us and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one and we will refund the discount.

Please note that this only applies if you wish to exchange the item to a new size.

How do I track my return?
We will provide you with a tracking number for your return once it has been shipped. You can track your return using the carrier's website.

What is the refund procedure?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. If you choose to exchange your item, we will ship your replacement item within 2-3 business days.
